Terms & Conditions
Introduction.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients who book or use our services, or purchase products through our website or in person. By booking an appointment or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nature of services:
All services offered are wellbeing and educational in nature. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical professional. Clients are encouraged to consult their GP or healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Client responsibility.
By booking a session, you confirm that: You have Disclosed Relevant Health Information to the Best of your Knowledge, You Understand the Services are Voluntary and Self-Directed, You Take Full Responsibility for your own Health Decisions. You Agree to Inform us of any Discomfort, Adverse Reactions or Concerns during a Session.
Contraindications & suitability.
Certain therapies may not be suitable for all individuals. Contraindications may include (but are not limited to): Pregnancy, Pacemakers or Implanted Electronic Devices, Severe Cardiovascular Conditions, Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders, Recent Surgery. It is your responsibility to review therapy suitability and inform us of any relevant conditions before your session.
Booking & appointments.
All appointments must be booked in advance, session times include setup and transition time, late arrival may result in reduced session time, missed appointments may be charged in full.
Cancellations and rescheduling.
A minimum of 24 hour’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee, no shows may be charged 100% of the booking fee. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Payments.
Payment is required at or before the time of service, prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable, we reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Supplements & products.
Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual responses may vary, you are responsible for checking ingredient suitability and allergies.
Refunds.
Services already provided are non-refundable, unused prepaid sessions may be transferred or credited at our discretion, supplement refunds are subject to consumer law and product condition.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage resulting from participation in services or use of products.
Privacy.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a new effective date.
